Registration Information
We will send specified materials, and a Test for each. To receive Continuing Education Credit, complete the Test(s), and send them to the above address for grading. Test(s) that receive a passing score will be rewarded with a Certificate(s) of Completion by mail. If any Tests do not receive a passing score, we will notify and work with you to offer additional assistance with the goal of successfully completing a specific test. (Note: there can be no guarantee of successful test completion.) NOTE: No Materials will be mailed out until the properly completed Application Form and payment are received. Payment covers materials, shipping, handling, testing and certification. Additional offerings may be available in the future. All Providers, Resident Managers, Administrators and Caregivers (Certified and non-Certified) working in Adult Family Homes, Boarding Homes and DDD Certified programs are required by D.S.H.S. (St. of WA) to have ten (10) Continuing Education hours (related to Health Care Topics) per year.
